SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Jewelry and Gemstones shipping is $2.00 flat rate through first class USPS mail in a padded envelope for jewelry items. Yes, we combine shipping for auctions ending within 7 days of each other for additional $.50 per item for shipping and handling fee. If it is a large order, we will ship priority mail with the $8.10 no limit box and we always require insurance but the $.50 per item cost is dropped for that large amount of jewelry that fills a box that size. A required insurance fee for up to $50 is $1.35. For larger or heavier items we go by zip code and yes, in most cases you will be able to combine jewelry with them at the $.50 per item. Please take advantage of this low cost rate and bid on as many items as you want. If you need a gift box, gift card, wrap, and bow, shipped to a different address we charge a small fee for the various types of services we offer as long as you are confirmed through Pay Pal or send a money order. We ship our jewelry and gemstomes only FREE to US Military Personnel and their families with military addresses.

PAYMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Money Orders in U.S. Dollars only through Pay Pal.com, Bidpay.com and Bank Wire Transfers-we will wait until it clears before shipping. No personal or business checks please. Please note that International Customers must agree to our International Policies before bidding. We reserve the right to cancel if these rules are not followed.

REFUND POLICY: We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee we will send you the item that we describe. We offer a 7 day return policy to all of our customers who make payment by their due date (7 days from the close of auction). We will attempt to fix the situation by either getting you the correct item or by processing a refund. Once the item leaves our hands and is placed with our shipper, we are not responsible for lost items-we have to do this because too many customers claim losses and have not been honest in their dealings. For the refund, the Item(s) has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered. Item should be in our hands by the 7th day after you get it. We do not send broken items and throughly inspect them before they are sent. When we say it's new, we mean it. We do not offer refunds for shipping damage, however. The refund will be rendered once the item(s) have been sent back to us (upon our receiving) and the exchange will be rendered once the relevant evidence has been provided (photos, etc.). Buyer may be required to fill out forms and mail them back to us at their expense. If we have another identical item in stock it will be substituted without giving refund and we pay shipping back to you. We will not reimburse your shipping costs and may charge a return to stock fee. We will not accept returns for size problems or clarity of real gemstone issues if described in ad correctly. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated; we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer. We are not responsible for loss.

Please consider purchasing confirmation tracking for the $.35 because once the item leaves our hands the shipper is responsible for it and we will not give refund for missing items(even for insured items). Charge backs or desputed issues tha cause money to be withdrawn from our account from charge account payments or other funds sources will result in $25 processing fees above of the resolved amount. International purchases are non returnable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: Our auctions and e-store are open to US customers. We often ship to Canada, UK, Puerto Rico, certain Carribean Islands and Austrailia. We use USPS airmail that cannot be insured for international orders. Once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage or loss. We ship to international countries with the understanding that they have an agreement to our international rules and policies. Please e-mail us for any questions about our International Customer policies prior to bidding/purchasing. We do not ship to Nigeria or any other country that has trade limitations of the shipment of jewelry. Please check with us about what countries we ship to. We speak English only.
